On the afternoon of May 6, 2026, Henan Wanguan Industrial Co., Ltd. held a meeting to review April’s work and outline plans for May in the multimedia conference room. The meeting was chaired by Deputy General Manager Ma Ailing. Prior to the meeting, Ms. Ma addressed recent safety incidents reported in the media and provided guidance on workplace safety, employee conduct, and cafeteria dining. She required all employees to strictly adhere to safety protocols, maintain professional standards, and refrain from spreading unverified information. She encouraged employees to offer constructive suggestions regarding the quality of cafeteria meals and to provide timely feedback to the Administration Department. She also emphasized that initiators of OA workflow processes must closely monitor progress to ensure efficient operations. During the meeting, Deputy General Manager Ma Ailing, on behalf of the company, conducted a comprehensive review and summary of the completion of production output and quality indicators across all production workshops, as well as the progress of work in various functional departments. This review focused on five core dimensions: progress toward April’s target tasks, implementation of work safety measures, on-site production management, employee labor discipline, and factory premises sanitation. While fully acknowledging the achievements of each unit, she precisely identified current shortcomings and deficiencies, thereby clarifying the direction for improving quality and efficiency in future work.
To recognize outstanding achievements, set examples, and inspire all employees to work with enthusiasm and dedication, the conference honored the following employees for their exceptional performance in April 2026: Wang Fangyuan, Wang Xiaowen, Bao Longfei, Zhang Hairui, and Bao Xiaomou. The company called on all employees to follow the example of these role models, take the initiative to learn, strive for excellence, continuously improve their job performance, and foster a positive atmosphere of mutual learning, competition, and striving for excellence. The meeting proceeded with presentations based on this month’s performance evaluation rankings: The head of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, who ranked first, reported on several major safety incidents publicly reported during the May Day holiday. Drawing on safety cases from the company’s workshops, he emphasized that safety efforts must be persistent and managed by all employees, and he reported on the progress of safety improvement initiatives across all workshops and departments; The representative from the Impregnation Workshop, which ranked last, delivered a profound self-criticism regarding the recent safety incident. Adhering strictly to the “Four No-Let-Ups” principle, they warned all staff to take this as a lesson, uphold safety standards, and ensure production tasks are completed to both quality and quantity standards while prioritizing safety.

Subsequently, Deputy General Manager Ru, in charge of production, outlined specific requirements regarding safety and quality control, using real-world examples to reinforce safety and quality awareness among all employees. At the conclusion of the meeting, General Manager Zhao Wanchang emphasized that safety is the top priority for the company’s development. He presented comparative quality analysis data for each workshop from January through April, using intuitive graphs to clarify quality control requirements. He stressed the need for consistent and stable product quality to eliminate fluctuations, and presented on-the-spot cash rewards to workshops and departments that had achieved significant improvements in quality. This conference comprehensively reviewed April’s work, identified issues, recognized outstanding performers, and assigned tasks. It further unified thinking and reinforced accountability, laying a solid foundation for the orderly advancement and high-quality development of the company’s operations in May.
